ASSOCIATION OF INCOMING TOUR OPERATORS OF UKRAINE
We are a co-founder and permanent Board Member of the Association of Incoming Tour Operators of Ukraine, the leading professional association representing inbound tour operators and DMCs in Ukraine.
We are actively involved in shaping the development of the travel industry in Ukraine, contributing to professional standards, and driving dialogue within the sector. Direct access to industry insights, trusted networks, and first-hand understanding of how the destination is evolving.
SOLIDARITY & VOLUNTEER TOURISM NETWORK
We are an active participant in the Network Cooperation for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Ukraine through Solidarity and Volunteer Tourism: a multi-stakeholder initiative. This network brings together businesses, local communities, authorities and international partners to develop responsible travel formats, which support recovery, preserve cultural heritage and create meaningful impact.
We are directly involved in developing routes to affected regions, work with specialised guides, implementing safety & ethics protocols and working with local communities to ensure responsible and sensitive project delivery.
This experience translates into the ability to design and deliver valuable social-volunteer travel projects with real local engagement. We are focused for corporate events with real value for local communities.
SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORK
We are a Travelife Engaged company and are actively progressing towards Travelife Partner certification. Our approach is based on structured eco-friendly processes.
For us this reflects a structured approach to sustainability: integrating environmental, social, and operational responsibility into our daily work, supplier selection, and project delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL PROJECTS
We contribute to international cultural initiatives, including the Aitsugi Project, where Ukrainian Incentives provides pro bono coordination and organisational support.
Our role includes project coordination, partner communication and operational delivery. We support cross-cultural collaboration and initiatives focused on cultural dialogue and recovery.
Together with Aitsugi Project we organized:
– 10 cultural exhibitions “100 motanka dolls for Peace” across Japan in 2023-2024
– 2 springs of “100 sakura for Peace”, planting initiative in 2025-2026 (16 places, 254 sakura’s planted)
– 6 Aibukuro, delivery of “bags of love and essentials” to hospitals for wounded soldiers, December 2025
– 3 seasons of PBL (Problem Based Learning) for teenagers, 2025
– 72 activities and master-classes “Art Heals” for replaced children in Ukraine, 2023-2025
